2025's epic knitalong is a huge blanket - or several smaller blankets.
It's a modular knit, built up with squares and octogons, so you can choose the size of blanket you want. The pattern will be released gradually over the year. Each release will have a couple of big octies, and a couple of smaller squares, and a mini-pattern for something else to make with your octies/ squares.
This option is for the yarn and goodie pack, and includes;
Yarn
20 x 100gr skeins of yarn, split into:
- 12 individual shades, in the colour combo of your choice
- 4 contrast skeins for the colourwork, in the shade of your choice
- 4 skeins for the border, in the shade of your choice
Extras
- a specially-designed project bag, with an all-over print and custom lining.
- an enamel pin
- a bumper set of stitchmarkers (you'll need quite a few)
- some extra little excitements and accessories
- the digital pattern and all updates
The yarn bases
DK wool - a springy, bouncy, sturdy wool with a bit of crunch and character.
Organic merino DK - a lovely lofty merino yarn
Superwash merino DK - a very soft and shiny - and gently machine washable - merino yarn.

- Bright rainbow - twelve cheery bright colours
- Muted rainbow - twelve slightly muted colours
- Warms only - both cheery and muted shades from the warm side of the colour wheel
- Cools only - both cheery and muted shades from the cool side of the colour wheel

- white
- pale silver grey
- warm charcoal grey
