I always keep big batch of advent calendars back until I know that all the pre-orders have made their way to their person. Last year I was really glad I did, because quite a few went missing in the post. I sent out the replacements, and kept some more back in case the replacements went missing and needed to be replaced again. (They didn't!)
I filed missing parcel reports for all the missing parcels, and they all crept back to me in January,
All that means that I have a lot of 2023 advent calendars on hand, what with the once-missing ones and the spares I kept back. They're mostly the 4ply merino, because that was the stand-out star last year. I hate to see them going unused so I'm listing some of them here at a discount. You can open them now or stash them away until December.
These calendars have just the 25 mini-skeins of yarn - no extras, or patterns. The yarn is wrapped in labelled bags. There's 80m/ 20gr in each skein, and they're dyed in a bright, cheery rainbow.
I also have some contrast skein sets, with 100gr of white and 100gr of a warm mid grey. If you want to knit either last advent's Carousel cardigan, or this coming year's wrap you'll need one contrast set. If you fancy a Catvent Sweater or a Kaleidocatty you'll need to nab two of the contrast sets (and hold your yarn double).
All the yarn here is 100% merino, non-superwash. very soft and bouncy.
