Communications
There'll be an optional mailing list with behind the scenes shots. This is non-essential, and there will be no spoilers!
There'll be a status page, so you can see what's happening when, projected dates, links to all the various places.
Starting August/ September I'll be emailing every few weeks checking for address changes and any delivery dates to avoid, as well as letting you know what to expect and when to expect it.
Paying in installments
You can choose to split the cost of your advent calendar over four months. Four equal payments will be taken, on the same day every month. If you want I can change the date that payment is taken. The timeline also has a little wriggle-room, so if you need to defer your payment one month you can do that. Drop me an email (marna@caitinbeag.com) to make changes to the payment plan.
Any discount code will be applied to all installments.
VAT & customs
EU customers
The pay-all-at-once advents do not include VAT, so you’ll have to pay that at the point of delivery, along with any handling charges that may get applied.
US customers
Your advent order will have a 10% tariff charge added at checkout. I'll then pay the tariff when I buy the postage label, so there should be no delays/ paperwork/ surprise charges at your end. If the tariff is dropped before I ship these I'll refund you that 10%. If it increases I'll be in touch to figure out the best way forward.
